Rebrand Macy’s social media presence to reconnect with their audience on more exclusive levels.

Through competitive and creative research, we developed a more authentic approach to our voice and visuals that aligned with our brand values. This rebrand extended into developing content strategies, creative approaches, and cross-functional campaign work. As a direct result of the rebrand, Macy’s social media fan base grew from less than 1 million to 13 million and counting.
