THE SOLVE Our approach began with assessing our current social media strategy. Through competitive and creative research, we developed a more authentic approach to our voice and visuals that aligned with our brand values.
This rebrand extended into developing content strategies, creative approaches, as well training and managing the creative team to ensure we've met our creative and marketing objectives. As a direct result of the rebrand, Macy’s social media fan base grew from less than 1 million to 13 million and counting.
